Welcome to Institute for Infrastructure Asset Management - People

IIAM personnel have proven experience and expertise in identifying strengths, needs, and shortcomings in processes, tools, and techniques; in evaluating potential aids against real world operational, organizational, and political constraints within which they must operate; in working with developers to institutionalize new tools within an agency; and in communicating progress and results. IIAM team members possess extensive, demonstrated capability, a proven experience record, and networks of national and international contacts.

Board of Directors

IIAM is managed by a Board of Directors. The board sets policies; recommends and approves initiatives; and facilitates implementation of programs. Board Members are national leaders from key industrial and academic fields concerned with infrastructure asset management.

Executive Staff

Day to day operations are directed by an Executive Director in coordination with IIAM officers, the Financial Manager and Administrative staff.

The Institute for Infrastructure Asset Management (IIAM) is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization designed to serve the public interest through research and education. The Institute was born from a Civil Engineering focus designed to evaluate the effectiveness of Infrastructure and develop sustainable avenues for its continued highest and best uses. Since its inception in 1999, IIAM has broadened its focus to capture the Infrastructure assessment interests of many disciplines as they relate to the protection of the environment and the valuation of existing assets.

This site was designed, developed and implemented by Hans Olsen
